Mrs Sonnenberg-Watanabe has been living in Tokyo since 2004. She is specialised in cognitive behavioral therapy and other proven therapeutic approaches. She works with adults, teenagers and children, in single, couple, family or small group settings. Sessions can be face to face or online.

Mrs Lotz-Schmitt is working as an German nationally licensed Psychotherapist since 2013 (Psychologischer Psychotherapeut). Her therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Clarification-Oriented Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. She offers counselling, hypnotherapy and psychotherapy for individuals and couples.
